If you are not completely satisfied with a Bags & Baggage purchase or gift for any reason please return unused merchandise for refund, exchange or merchandise credit. The following policies apply to returns:
- Return unused mechandise within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be in the original tender.
- Purchases from our web site must be returned via UPS to our warehouse. No internet purchase refunds will be given in our stores.

Reason for return
Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
